The Workshops

The age-related workshops take place on Saturday mornings during term-time in Stamford

Each workshop is about one hour in length (depending on age).

The adult: child ratio is usually 1:6. The children are often divided into two, three or four groups depending on the activity, their age and experience.

The children usually work on a project each (half) term and the projects evolve from a stimulus or theme.

Qualified and experienced members of staff lead the art, dance and music activities.

The children design a t-shirt with a self portrait at their first session

Parents are usually invited to `share` their child`s musical achievements at the end of each term.

Each half-term a newsletter is published, keeping parents up to date with the activities, term dates, concert trips etc

Extension classes are available e.g. for dance and guitar tuition
